The delivery service within Italy has an estimated time of 1-3 working days, except during sale periods and holidays, when delivery times may be extended.

The following conditions must be met to process the return:

• Products must be returned in the same condition as received, in perfect conservation, complete with all original elements, unused, and with packaging, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
• Products must not have undergone any use, washing, wearing, or damage.
• Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 30 days from the date of customer receipt.

Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. If compliant with the above provisions, the refund of the amount paid will occur within 5 days from the date of receiving the return.
