SHIPPING

The delivery service within Italy has an estimated time of 1-3 working days, except during sale periods and holidays, when delivery times may be extended.

After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a detailed email containing complete information, including the parcel tracking code.

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over 90 euros (during sale periods, this promotion may vary and is not valid for products in the Last Sales section); otherwise, a shipping fee of 7 euros applies. For international shipments, the fee is 18 euros, while for the United Kingdom, it is 30 euros, with customs fees borne by the customer.

RETURNS

Customers have the option to return products within 30 days from receiving the purchased items.

To initiate a return request, it is necessary to send an email to: shop@primoemporio.it, including the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product to be returned
  • Reason for the return

The following conditions must be met to process the return:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, in perfect conservation, complete with all original elements, unused, and with packaging, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
  • Products must not have undergone any use, washing, wearing, or damage.
  • Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 30 days from the date of customer receipt.

Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer. If compliant with the above provisions, the refund of the amount paid will occur within 5 days from the date of receiving the return. Please note that shipping costs, even in the case of a previous offer of free shipping, will be deducted.

  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods or errors in shipments from us, it is necessary to follow the same instructions mentioned above.

Primo Emporio reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns or those sent via couriers other than those indicated in the email instructions for the return.

BANK TRANSFER:

Opt for the traditional bank transfer to make the payment. Your order will not be shipped until the funds are transferred to our bank account.
