Delivery within Italy usually takes 1-3 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with all the information, including the code to track the package.

Shipping within Italy is FREE for orders over €90.


The customer can make a return within 30 days of receiving the purchased items.

To request a return, it is necessary to send an email to: shop@primoemporio.it specifying:

• the order number

• the product to be returned

• the reason for the return

To make the return, the following conditions must be respected:

• the products must be returned inclusive of all original accessories (tag, bag)

• the products must not have been used, washed, worn, or damaged

• the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within 30 days from the date the customer received the products.

In the event that all the provisions are respected, we will refund the amount paid by the customer within 5 days from the date the return was made. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if there are errors in the shipments on our part, it is necessary to follow the same instructions as above.

PRIMO EMPORIO reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those shipped with couriers other than those indicated in the return instructions email.

Shipping for merchandise exchange is free. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense.
