Refund policy

The customer can make a return within 30 days of receipt of the bought garments.

To request return, you need to send an email to:shop@primoemporio.itspecifying:

• The order number
• the product to be made
• The motivation of the return

To make the return, the following conditions must be respected:

• The products must be returned including all original accessories (card, bag)
• The products must not have been used, washed, worn or damaged
• The rendered products must be delivered to the shipper within 30 days that start from the date on which the customer received the products.

In the event that all the provisions are respected, we will reimburse the sum paid by the customer within 5 days from the date on which the return was made. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on our part, it is required to follow the same instructions above.

First Emporio reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions.

The shipment for the gearbox is free. The shipment for the return is borne by the customer.
